In addition to founding Accounting Etc., Inc. in 1991, Debra has over five years prior experience working in the accounting department of Pulte Homes Corporation, one of the country’s largest home builders. Debra specializes in advising and consulting with clients in all aspects of their business finances. Her general focus is Accounting and Tax Planning and Tax Audit Representation. She has served the Home Builders Association as a qualified instructor developing and presenting courses in the area of accounting and business planning for builders. |

She places great emphasis on computerized accounting systems and customizes Quickbooks for Home Builders, Remodelers and Developers. Debra is an Enrolled Agent (EA), a tax law specialist licensed by the federal government, to represent taxpayers before the IRS. |

Spencer Combos
Vice President
Spencer is a cold war nuclear submarine veteran and former sales & service engineer with Nortel Networks. He has served the construction industry since 2001 as Vice President of Accounting Etc., Inc. Spencer’s area of focus includes insurance, retirement, college, and estate planning. He has served the Home Builders Association as a qualifed instructor developing and presenting courses in the area of Estate and Retirement planning for builders. |

Michelle Lett
Accountant
Michelle joined our company in 2005. As a personal banker for two of the area’s largest financial institutions, Michelle brings over seven years of experience in finance. She values the importance of professionalism and personal service which ensures client satisfaction. She coordinates the processing of subcontractor/vendor payables and overall bookkeeping for several of our clients. Michelle is qualified to prepare financial statements as well as corporate and personal tax returns. She is a Notary Public. |

Lisa Sampson
Accounts Payable/Payroll Specialist
Lisa came to Accounting Etc in August, 2007. She brings an extensive mortgage banking background. Lisa’s resume includes builder representative for two national builders, Pulte Homes and Westminster Homes. She has also worked closely with other builders in an administrative capacity giving her great insight in the builder community. As our Accounts Payable/Payroll Specialist, Lisa’s commitment to accuracy and efficiency ensures our clients timely reporting and processing. |

Kathy is the newest addition to our company. She is our Branch Manager in Sunset Beach. She comes to us with 20 years of accounting experience in the Contractor and Subcontractor industry. This includes preparing financial statements, personal and corporate tax returns and all aspects of bookkeeping. Her concern for detail and customer satisfaction make her a valuable asset to us in the Sunset Beach area. |
